Provenance labels
Every metric this product ever shows carries where it came from. These are the four Phase 0 labels, rendered from design-system tokens. Each states its meaning in words, so status never depends on colour alone.
What is deliberately not here
No authentication, no athlete records, no evidence or consent models, no AI features. Those arrive in Phase 1 and later. Verification authorities, evidence expiration, dispute rights and the jurisdiction matrix are deferred past the MVP entirely.
